About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer proposal development and support from pre-RFP through post-award
  • Coordinate the internal flow and review of proposal content
  • Track all proposal responses
  • Direct the production of final proposals
  • Ensure proposals are high quality and submitted in a timely manner
  • Assist in maintaining the Proposal Center’s database by categorizing, organizing, and maintaining documentation and writings
  • Collaborate with the Technology Consulting team to support organizations in streamlining operations and achieving strategic goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of professional experience in a communications-related field preferred
  • Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other applications
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator preferred
  • Must be located in central or eastern time zone
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and collaborative environment
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within stringent deadlines
  • Must be available during set working hours
  • Must have a safe, private, and distraction-free work environment
  • Must be able to give full attention to PCG job duties
