About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Technology Consulting team to help organizations streamline operations and achieve strategic goals
Provide analytical services and support development of project work products
Analyze client requests for proposals and support proposal responses
Ensure quality work products are delivered to clients
Exercise discretion and independent judgment
Ensure communication among all key stakeholders
Provide IT work including business and technical leadership, system analysis, code development, software engineering, and other computer-related work as needed
Support ERP platforms in ways that promote organizational goals and operational excellence
Travel to the office or other locations for team meetings and client meetings as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
Skilled in presenting ideas and presenting oral and written reports
Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Aptitude for learning new technologies and keeping current with industry best practices
Skilled in data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies
Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with proprietary or private information
Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions consistent with the essential job function
Ability to work as a team and independently
Experience supporting one or more industry-recognized ERP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or PeopleSoft
Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, integrations, data management, reporting, and enterprise application development
Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and modern integration technologies
Familiarity with SAP technologies such as ABAP, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP Integration Suite
Experience working in large-scale ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs
Knowledge of project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT service management best practices
Must be located in the Southeast region of the US
