About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct quality assurance reviews of Title IV-E eligibility determinations, including electronic case files, legal documentation, and financial documentation
- Work with Title IV-E Eligibility staff to achieve performance, outputs, and compliance objectives
- Meet weekly project goals for QA evaluation compliance
- Conduct audits and review/analyze data and documentation
- Work within a team to meet project deadlines
- Ensure quality control procedures for operational processes are performed
- Validate and complete monthly reports measuring project objectives
- Analyze data and reports to determine error trends
- Support the Eligibility Manager in team supervision and other required tasks
- Travel within Wisconsin, as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to understand and interpret federal and state laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least one year of Title IV-E eligibility experience
- PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
