Key responsibilities & impact

Build working AI agents, demos, sample applications, and reusable templates demonstrating real-world Blocks.ai use cases
Create technical tutorials, articles, videos, workshops, and developer education materials
Engage with developers through GitHub, Discord, technical forums, community events, and hackathons
Help developers troubleshoot integrations and connect agents, applications, and services
Identify onboarding friction and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering, including reproduction steps and improvement recommendations
Collaborate on documentation, SDKs, APIs, and developer tooling improvements
Support technical workshops, demos, and developer discussions with prospective enterprise customers
Track developer engagement, successful integrations, active agents, and ecosystem adoption
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to improve platform accessibility and usefulness
Enable developers to build and connect working AI agents and turn feedback into practical improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Software Engineering, or a similar developer-facing technical role
Strong hands-on programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or another relevant language
Practical experience building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or integrations using APIs and frameworks
Experience creating technical content, developer demos, workshops, or sample applications
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to developers with different experience levels
Strong problem-solving skills and a developer-first mindset
Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to improve developer experiences
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with MCP, agent-to-agent communication, or multi-agent architectures
Experience with emerging AI-agent frameworks and tools
Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities
Experience supporting technical evaluations, integrations, or enterprise developer adoption
