About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the project's primary analytical and technical data reference for the Medical Career project
Connect data infrastructure to strategic decision-making
Work with Data Engineering to define the architecture and data ingestion requirements for LMS, CRM, RD Station, and ERP systems
Lead data transformation (ETL), building, testing, and documenting tables, views, and data marts
Transform raw data into business entities ready for analysis
Ensure data governance and quality by creating validation and monitoring rules
Design and develop complex executive and management dashboards
Conduct user behavior analyses, including cohorts, LTV, CAC, and churn/attrition risk
Apply statistical models to anticipate educational and commercial scenarios
Translate technical findings into action plans for non-technical leaders
Act as the technical counterpart to Growth and the Data Product Owner, defining solution architecture, feasibility, and analytical execution
Design and validate event-tracking infrastructure using GTM, Amplitude, or similar tools
Ensure statistical rigor in A/B testing and marketing-channel attribution modeling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and some specialized training in data-related fields
Well-established experience at a Specialist level in Data Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering
Advanced SQL proficiency for complex data manipulation, aggregations, and query optimization
Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including Pandas, automation, and exploratory analysis
Solid knowledge of dimensional modeling (Star Schema) and semantic-layer development
Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or Looker
Strong understanding of digital business metrics, such as those used by SaaS, subscription, or EdTech businesses
Knowledge of applied statistics for hypothesis testing
Ability to communicate technically with Data Engineering teams
Knowledge of Data Warehouses and Data Lakes
Preferred: experience with dbt (Data Build Tool)
Preferred: experience with basic Machine Learning algorithms
Preferred: knowledge of the data structures of RD Station Marketing/CRM, Moodle/Canvas, and Google Analytics 4
