About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze user behavior data to identify patterns related to retention, conversion, and churn
Validate the statistical significance of A/B tests conducted by the squad
Participate in the weekly reprioritization of the event backlog with the Growth & Data Owner, using the ICE framework
Propose new experiment hypotheses based on exploratory analyses
Build predictive models and cohort analyses to support product and marketing decisions
Communicate insights clearly to business teams
Identify user behavior patterns
Generate insights to support retention
Support data-driven decision-making and the improvement of business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
Strong knowledge of applied statistics and hypothesis testing
Experience analyzing user behavior data
Previous experience in growth analytics
Knowledge of Amplitude, GA4, or other product analytics tools
Experience with predictive models or machine learning
Experience in EdTech or B2C digital products
