About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure and improve the process for proposing, analyzing, prioritizing, developing, launching, and monitoring courses
  • Create tools, templates, criteria, and supporting materials to guide the work of Schools and Units
  • Organize and facilitate prioritization meetings, project follow-ups, launch preparation sessions, and portfolio reviews
  • Support research, opportunity analysis, and validation of proposals for new courses
  • Gather and analyze market information, internal data, offering performance, and student feedback
  • Support the definition of criteria for prioritizing offerings
  • Maintain an integrated view of the portfolio, identifying gaps, overlaps, opportunities, and updating needs
  • Track performance indicators and produce dashboards or reports to support decision-making
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions among academic, commercial, marketing, and operations teams
  • Use artificial intelligence tools for research, analysis, documentation, monitoring, and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design, Communications, Marketing, Economics, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in product, project, or process management, innovation, service design, or research
  • Experience organizing or improving workflows, methodologies, and monitoring routines
  • Knowledge of discovery practices, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies
  • Ability to analyze information, structure problems, and turn insights into practical recommendations
  • Familiarity with performance indicators, spreadsheets, dashboards, and report preparation
  • Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence tools applied to research, analysis, and productivity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings and work with cross-functional teams
