Junior Billing Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to ensuring data integrity and compliance with financial processes related to scholarships and educational financing
- Apply and maintain undergraduate distance-learning scholarships
- Ensure that scholarship application requests are handled in accordance with established protocols
- Calculate contract closure amounts and remaining balances
- Handle other financial requests, including financial statements and financial breakdowns
- Respond to requests by confirming scholarship application or denial, providing justifications or identifying necessary corrections
- Conduct training sessions and present technical content to internal and external clients on the proper execution of processes and compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and legislation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
- Two years of experience in billing, preferably at distance-learning educational institutions
- Knowledge of the Lyceum system is a plus
- Experience in distance learning is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI for dashboard development
- Customer service
- Knowledge of process automation and robotic process automation (RPA)
