About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the relationship with the advertising agency
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer retention, CAC, and LTV
Identify growth opportunities
Develop targeted growth strategies to increase the university’s customer base, customer engagement, and revenue
Monitor and recommend A/B tests and experiments to optimize landing pages
Continuously improve conversion rates at every stage of the sales funnel
Develop content marketing strategies to increase the visibility of portfolio products
Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with other companies or influencers
Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement based on industry best practices
Understand the customer lifecycle and develop strategies to increase retention

Requirements

Experience with rapid-growth strategies
Experience managing vendors, such as agencies and technology companies
Experience with data analysis
Experience identifying opportunities
Salesforce experience preferred
