About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Educational Product team, fostering team development with a focus on business growth and employees’ professional development
  • Build and manage internal and/or third-party teams to develop experiences, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Ensure the production and delivery of educational experiences—including videocasts, series, podcasts, videos, articles, mentors, subject-matter experts, immersive experiences, events, and webinars—in line with agreed quality standards, volumes, and deadlines
  • Ensure experiences are made available appropriately in accordance with schedules and content creation guidelines
  • Provide weekly reports to the Executive Board and Committees on status, key issues, and mitigation actions
  • Conduct and/or oversee negotiations with candidates recommended by niche coordinators
  • Collaborate on third-party contract management, ensuring service within two business days
  • Ensure compliance with the monthly budget approved by the Product Committees
  • Participate in Product Committee meetings and progress reviews
  • Conduct market intelligence and target audience research and analysis to propose new educational products or improvements
  • Propose new educational products in accordance with working models presented to the committee
  • Support the development and maturation of the platform
  • Design and improve content creation guidelines, templates, content strategy tables, and planning and management tools
  • Plan, execute, and monitor performance tracking plans for experiences and niches using platform metrics
  • Analyze product-market fit for the target audience using available research, metrics, and tools
  • Monitor satisfaction surveys and NPS results and recommend improvements
  • Participate in research and reporting and contribute to strategies and journey development for new niches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Proven experience in product leadership roles, preferably in education or EdTech
  • Strong skills in educational project management, budget control, and project feasibility analysis
  • Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across product, design, and operations
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA, or Master’s in Business Management, Product Management, Education, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the healthcare and medical education markets is a strong plus
  • Highly analytical, data-driven profile with a strategic business perspective is a plus
  • Experience managing innovation in education products is a plus
