About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the lifecycle of educational products
Act as the primary owner of the backlog
Ensure courses align with market demands
Lead initiatives from opportunity ideation and validation through financial feasibility analysis, launch strategy, and performance monitoring
Map the pain points, education gaps, and career needs of medical students and practicing physicians
Validate hypotheses and define the educational products to be developed
Manage the backlog, update roadmap, and product deliverables
Balance the development of new products with the updating and iteration of existing products
Manage portfolio maturity by defining course updates, spin-offs, or discontinuation
Monitor financial KPIs and educational product metrics
Propose product iterations in collaboration with the Learning Designer
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Market Intelligence on positioning, competitive differentiators, and pricing strategy
Partner with the Learning Designer and Operations teams to ensure delivery of the student value proposition

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed
Solid experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO)
Experience designing and managing the lifecycle of digital products
Strategic business perspective
Proficiency in product financial modeling, including pricing, financial performance analysis, and market analysis
Strong data-driven decision-making orientation
Knowledge of cohort analysis, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics in an LMS
Ability to engage strategically with stakeholders, physician content experts, and course coordinators
Previous experience working with medical professionals is a plus
Experience building and managing ideation processes is a plus
Previous experience in EdTech or the education sector is a plus
