About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consultative support to students, following up on requests, answering questions, and contributing to student engagement and satisfaction
- Support program coordinators in monitoring classes, collecting feedback, and addressing academic and operational needs
- Analyze and monitor academic processes, including formal requests, documentation, deadlines, and institutional workflows
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the proper execution of processes related to the student journey
- Monitor satisfaction, engagement, attrition, and retention metrics, supporting the preparation of reports and improvement proposals
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, contributing analyses and suggestions to optimize the team’s activities
- Support the execution of management projects related to the student experience and continuous improvement of services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer relations, Customer Success, customer service, or academic support, preferably in higher education
- Analytical skills for monitoring metrics and supporting decision-making
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Organization and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas of the institution
- Experience in the education sector, especially graduate education (a plus)
- Knowledge of academic systems and/or CRM platforms (a plus)
- Knowledge of Power BI for querying, analyzing, and monitoring metrics (a plus)
- Experience with process improvement or digital transformation projects (a plus)
