About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative support to students, following up on requests, answering questions, and contributing to student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support program coordinators in monitoring classes, collecting feedback, and addressing academic and operational needs.
  • Analyze and monitor academic processes, including formal requests, documentation, deadlines, and institutional workflows.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the proper execution of processes related to the student journey.
  • Monitor satisfaction, engagement, attrition, and retention metrics, supporting the preparation of reports and improvement proposals.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing analyses and suggestions to optimize the team’s activities.
  • Support the execution of management projects related to the student experience and continuous improvement of services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in customer relationships, Customer Success, customer service, or academic support, preferably in higher education.
  • Analytical skills for monitoring metrics and supporting decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different areas of the institution.
  • Experience in the education sector, especially graduate education, is desirable.
  • Knowledge of academic systems and/or CRM platforms is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for querying, analyzing, and monitoring metrics is desirable.
  • Experience with process improvement or digital transformation projects is desirable.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:24 p.m.
