About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and implement communication strategies and plans associated with Change Management initiatives
Translate change objectives, impacts, and benefits into clear messages tailored to different audiences
Map and segment impacted audiences, identifying information needs, channels, messages, and approaches
Develop narratives about the context, purpose, and benefits of transformations
Prepare communication plans covering audiences, objectives, key messages, channels, frequency, owners, and stages of the change journey
Produce communication content and materials for different audiences and channels
Support the development of presentations, messages, and materials for leadership
Support leaders and managers in communicating changes to their teams
Work with the Change Management lead on communication, engagement, and mobilization strategies
Collaborate with the institution’s Communications teams, aligning initiatives with institutional guidelines and channels
Support events, meetings, workshops, and communication activities related to change and learning initiatives
Identify communication barriers, questions, perceptions, and resistance
Establish listening and feedback mechanisms
Monitor reach and effectiveness through metrics and propose adjustments
Organize the communication calendar for Change Management initiatives
Ensure message coherence and consistency throughout the transformation
Work collaboratively with the Strategic Planning Management and DPE teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
Professional experience in corporate communications, internal communications, organizational communications, Change Management, or related areas
Experience planning and executing communication plans and campaigns
Excellent written communication skills and strong command of Portuguese
Experience producing and adapting content for different audiences and channels
Ability to understand different audience profiles and adapt language, messaging, and approach accordingly
Strong planning and organizational skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, and productivity tools
Knowledge of organizational and internal communications concepts
