About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Turn growth hypotheses into interfaces and visual assets by creating prototypes, testable screens, graphic assets, landing pages, forms, pop-ups, conversion flows, and creatives.
Create and adapt visual variations for A/B tests.
Produce static graphic assets and perform quick edits and create animations for videos and Reels used in campaigns.
Use generative AI tools to increase the volume of creatives and visual assets.
Collaborate with the squad during discovery and opportunity prioritization, using frameworks such as RICE or ICE and working with Growth PMs, CRM, and Engineering.
Evaluate designs based on their impact on conversion, incorporate test learnings, and rapidly refine solutions, prioritizing performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed.
Hands-on experience creating visual assets and layouts for A/B testing.
Previous experience in UI Design, Web Design, or Graphic Design with a strong focus on conversion.
Excellent command of Figma for rapidly building landing pages, screens, and prototypes.
Proficiency with generative AI tools to increase creative output.
Knowledge of Motion Design for producing video and Reels creatives.
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced delivery environment.
Ability to establish information hierarchy on a screen and guide the user’s attention directly to the Call to Action (CTA).
Previous experience working directly within Growth squads, especially in Product-led Growth (PLG), is a plus.
Practical knowledge of Webflow and basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
Basic knowledge of RD Station Marketing is a plus.
Experience in the EdTech or healthcare market, or with high-ticket platforms and consultative sales cycles, is a plus.
