About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design learning journeys, selecting formats such as videos, interactive clinical cases, podcasts, live classes, and immersive experiences to support educational objectives in digital and hybrid environments
Create and review lesson plans and activities with instructors and subject-matter experts, ensuring the practical development of hard and soft skills
Provide pedagogical approval for produced content, aligning it with the institution’s content-creation guidelines and methodology, in collaboration with medical reviewers and the production team
Supervise in-person studio recordings or remote sessions as the pedagogical director on set
Guide instructors and subject-matter experts on posture, tone of voice, pacing, and clarity of explanation, ensuring delivery of the planned storytelling
Monitor SME/audiovisual recordings and recommend edits, motion design elements, graphic resources, and layouts for digital support materials
Analyze pedagogical feedback from the CX team and platform navigation data to recommend content improvements, updates, or re-recordings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Languages, or a related field
Specialization in Distance Education, Interaction Design, or Educational Technologies is a plus
Strong experience in instructional design, andragogy, and the development of digital and blended learning journeys
Proficiency in storytelling techniques and educational audiovisual scripting
Strong understanding of UX/UI applied to education (Learning Experience Design – LXD)
Understanding of LMS/LXP platform architecture and e-learning tracking standards (SCORM, xAPI)
Familiarity with digital engagement tools for live and immersive classes (e.g., Miro, Mentimeter, simulators)
Experience developing educational products for medical audiences is a plus
