About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consolidate and monitor physical and financial indicators for the Strategic Portfolio
  • Prepare qualitative and financial analyses of portfolio performance
  • Develop executive materials and management dashboards
  • Curate information, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliability
  • Support Strategic Portfolio budget management
  • Identify inconsistencies, variances, and opportunities to improve data and monitoring processes for the Strategic Portfolio
  • Contribute to the governance and monitoring of institutional strategy execution
  • Support decision-making and continuous improvement of organizational performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in strategic planning environments or with the analysis, consolidation, and monitoring of performance indicators
  • Experience creating executive presentations and analytical materials
  • Strong analytical skills for data processing and interpretation
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience building dashboards and using data management tools
  • Knowledge of processes, projects, PMO, or portfolio management is a plus
  • Experience in corporate, matrixed, or organizational transformation environments is preferred
  • Experience in education, the nonprofit sector, or purpose-driven organizations is a plus
