Senior Relationship Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage relationships with students by providing consultative support, proactive follow-up, critical case management, and initiatives to promote student engagement
- Work with program coordinators to monitor classes, collect feedback, and support academic and operational needs
- Analyze, manage, and monitor academic processes, including formal requests, documentation, deadlines, and institutional workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth processes and continuously improve the student experience
- Monitor satisfaction, engagement, attrition, and retention metrics; prepare reports and recommend data-driven improvement initiatives
- Participate in strategic management projects, contributing to innovation, process reviews, and the implementation of new solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer relationship management, Customer Success, or academic support, preferably in higher education
- Analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach and focus on continuous improvement
- Clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in environments requiring cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments
- Experience in the education sector, especially graduate-level education (preferred)
- Familiarity with academic systems and/or CRM platforms (preferred)
- Experience creating and analyzing Power BI dashboards, with the ability to transform academic and relationship data into actionable insights (preferred)
- Participation in digital transformation or process improvement projects (preferred)
