About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create, structure, and monitor strategic and performance indicators
Support the definition of metrics, formulas, targets, frequency, and data sources
Develop and maintain executive reports and dashboards in Power BI
Conduct data analyses to identify trends, variances, patterns, correlations, and opportunities
Integrate and organize data from different sources and systems
Ensure the consistency, quality, and reliability of the information used in the indicators
Assist management in developing analyses that support strategic decision-making
Translate complex analyses into objective, easy-to-understand information for executive audiences
Support the teams responsible for the indicators in interpreting results and identifying areas requiring attention
Track indicator performance and support the identification of risks and opportunities
Work collaboratively with other areas within the Strategic Planning Department
Organize and manage the indicator update calendar
Monitor actual performance against plan, identifying variances and areas requiring attention
Support strategy reviews and ensure that indicators generate actionable business insights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in any field; degrees in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields are especially valued
Strong communication skills, particularly for presenting analyses and results to managers and senior leaders
Organization and autonomy in managing analytical assignments
Ability to work with different departments and stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset and an evidence-based approach to decision-making
Ability to identify patterns, trends, variances, and relationships between variables
Ability to turn data into insights and recommendations
Ability to translate data into conclusions and recommendations
Systems thinking and the ability to understand different business contexts
Experience creating, structuring, and monitoring indicators
Knowledge of methodologies for defining indicators and metrics
Experience with strategic or business performance indicators
Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel
Experience building executive dashboards
Ability to analyze performance, targets, trends, and variances
Ability to structure visualizations that facilitate data interpretation and decision-making
