About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the management team and assume store management responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence
  • Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards and goals
  • Build highly motivated teams and develop Fragrance Consultants
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on all aspects of running the store
  • Meet sales goals, analyse sales reports and data, determine business needs, and set business strategies
  • Motivate sales team members to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
  • Support development of Fragrance Consultants’ techniques and fragrance profiling to maximise sales
  • Ensure selling team members are fluent in product knowledge
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor
  • Assist in managing the client database and use information to increase sales and client contact
  • Manage collection previews, client events, sale events, and centre events
  • Empower Fragrance Consultants to make customer-focused decisions aligned with company philosophy
  • Assist in maintaining staffing levels and work schedules while controlling payroll costs
