Maintain knowledge of industry and market trends to optimize sales strategies
Provide exceptional BYREDO client experiences using the elevated selling approach
Build rapport with returning clients and deliver personalized shopping experiences
Showcase BYREDO products across fragrance, makeup, home, and byproduct categories
Exceed KPIs through strategic cross-selling and client relationships
Use BYREDO CRM tools to manage client information and drive loyalty
Contribute ideas and retail strategies during store meetings
Build client relationships through outreach, master classes, and new launch events
Provide attentive after-sales service
Participate in product presentations and training sessions
Maintain product knowledge and awareness of launches, innovations, and trends
Ensure product care, handling, and presentation meet luxury standards
Manage inventory accurately, replenish stock, and help prevent theft
Support retail strategies that drive business growth and enhance client experience
Maintain visual product displays according to BYREDO guidelines

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in luxury retail, beauty, or makeup sales
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve sales targets
Availability to work weekends and holidays on an as-needed basis
A proactive, adaptable, and dependable attitude
Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours as needed
Ability to lift boxes as needed for inventory replenishment
