About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the international Education & Training department for the Beauty division
- Develop the global education strategy for Carolina Herrera Beauty
- Create training tools for the Beauty division, including PowerPoint presentations, sales sheets, e-learning content, video learning, and training kits
- Cultivate motivated, knowledgeable, and productive beauty ambassadors
- Manage daily interactions with key markets and address local needs to enhance productivity and strengthen brand loyalty
- Contribute to the training strategy for Prestige fragrances, Collections, and Make-up
- Design educational tools for markets and Beauty Advisors, focusing primarily on Prestige and Make-up categories
- Suggest innovative tools and methods to engage and inspire Beauty Advisors
- Measure the impact of training tools on business performance
- Act as the point of contact for markets implementing activations at retail locations
- Evaluate, support, and guide local trainers in their training programs
- Organize the Carolina Herrera annual training convention and participate in local market seminars
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in cosmetics (Fragrance and Make-up) training/education services, including sell-through expertise
- Master’s degree from a Business School, Design School, Art School, or University, with a specialization in marketing or luxury management preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Spanish is a plus
- Passion for the beauty industry with strong product expertise
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Extensive market experience with deep knowledge of retail and consumer-centric strategies
- Coaching abilities focused on product expertise, business development, and employee growth
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive team player
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative tools and initiatives to enhance the sales force
- Analytical skills to measure the impact of training initiatives on sales and productivity
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build partnerships across cross-functional teams
- Strong digital knowledge
- Ability to travel as required
