About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Retail Design & VM Director in translating strategic objectives into actionable design and operational plans
  • Own and drive complex and strategic retail design projects from concept to installation
  • Follow up projects with HQ Brands Retail Permanent Image team and retailers
  • Handle technical challenges and implementation logistics, including deliveries and orders
  • Act as an escalation point for operational and financial challenges and address root causes
  • Guide and mentor Retail Designers and Executives in project management, prioritization, and execution
  • Lead adaptation of global retail design concepts to regional environments
  • Follow up budgets and project execution, ensuring high-quality installation
  • Maintain existing points of sale
  • Homologate new suppliers
  • Support visual merchandising strategy at points of sale
  • Develop planograms and visual calendars, adapt brand guidelines, and work with the Field Supervisor
  • Drive operational excellence using project tracking tools, timeline and budget management, purchase order management, and invoice follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10 years of experience including retail projects / project management, preferably for the luxury and beauty industry
  • Project management / Negotiation skills and related software knowledge (Excel, PPT) are a plus
  • Aesthetic sensibility and related design software knowledge (Autocad, Adobe Creative suite, Sketchup)
  • Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design are required
  • Proficient in English & Spanish
