About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Retail Design & VM Director in translating strategic objectives into actionable design and operational plans
  • Own and drive complex and strategic retail design projects from concept to installation
  • Follow up projects with HQ Brands Retail Permanent Image team and retailers
  • Handle technical challenges and implementation logistics, including deliveries and orders
  • Resolve operational and financial challenges and address root causes
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to Retail Designers and Executives
  • Lead adaptation of global retail design concepts to regional environments
  • Follow up budgets and project execution
  • Ensure high-quality installations
  • Maintain existing points of sale
  • Homologate new suppliers
  • Support visual merchandising strategy execution at points of sale
  • Develop planograms and visual calendars, adapt brand guidelines, and work with the Field Supervisor
  • Drive operational excellence using project tracking tools such as Asana
  • Manage timelines, budgets, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7-10 years of experience including retail projects / project management, preferably for the luxury and beauty industry
  • Project management and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Aesthetic sensibility
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
  • Degree in Architecture or Industrial Design required
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
