About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit and interview candidates for both hourly and salaried positions
- Source qualified candidates, including for hard-to-fill positions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, job postings, and candidate documentation
- Provide administrative and scheduling support as needed
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Adobe on an advanced level
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Follow through on assignments and responsibilities with minimal supervision
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous recruiting and administrative experience
- Experience interviewing both hourly and salaried candidates
- Proven ability to source candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and time-management skills
- Highly professional, reliable, and accountable
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently
