  • Explore internal and external data sources and use findings to improve model performance
  • Design, implement, and read in-market experiments testing new algorithms, technologies, and processes
  • Prototype solutions to business problems using cutting-edge technologies
  • Use AI-enabled tools throughout workflows
  • Recommend and support strategic changes through rigorous analytics and creative problem solving
  • Identify, evaluate, and help implement advanced analytics methods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR a Master’s/PhD in a quantitative or technical field (Math, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science)
  • Experience with R, Python, machine learning tools, and SQL
  • Evidence of applying advanced models to real-world problems
  • Ability to craft rigorous research/evaluation designs
  • Experience in engineering environments
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Git
  • A track record of agentic AI use and implementation
  • Open to learning as roles and workflows evolve
  • Open to relocating to Atlanta, Georgia
