About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create field-facing solutions content, including technical walkthroughs, deep dives, demos, and qualification guides for Analytics & AI solutions
Lead enablement projects to equip the field for early-stage Analytics & AI opportunities
Present webinars and events for internal and external audiences, including alliance and channel partners
Participate in customer calls, demos, proofs of concept, executive briefing centers, and solution-focused activities
Track advancements in FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, and related solution briefs; formalize enablement plans
Participate in and influence the solutions roadmap through collaboration with Solutions Architects and Product Management
Provide daily Slack availability and enablement to influence customers and opportunities
Oversee field testing and document application and platform knowledge
Provide post-sales assistance and expert troubleshooting
Partner with Enterprise Sales Leaders for two-way feedback and communication
Inspire and motivate the field and attract customers to adopt Everpure Storage technology
Engage cross-functionally with GTM and corporate functions
Communicate and align direct-team members and develop internal relationships across Everpure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Selected candidate must reside in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, or Missouri
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field / equivalent experience preferred
8+ years of pre-sales experience in IT
Strong technical acumen in Analytics & AI
Strong understanding of servers, networking, storage, and high-performance infrastructure
Industry-respected technical evangelist with demonstrated expertise in key technologies
Specialized sales and Analytics & AI product solution knowledge
Understanding of customer and Everpure solution strategies at a technical level
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to account teams and partners
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM, and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
Strong technical and tactical problem-solving skills and experience with complex engineering designs
Knowledge of Analytics & AI technologies including Splunk, Elastic Search, Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, Vertica, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Nvidia products, AWS, Azure, and GCP
Ability to travel within the assigned territory and throughout the US 50% to 60%
Strong work ethic, attitude, and follow-through ability
Publications and social media presence is a plus
