About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
- Lead products through ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to identify product opportunities
- Partner with Engineering to prioritize features and deliver high-quality releases
- Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance and guide decisions
- Partner with UX/UI Design to develop intuitive customer experiences
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support successful product launches
- Present product strategy, recommendations, and business cases to executive leadership
- Mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field REQUIRED
- 8+ years of Product Management experience REQUIRED
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior product leadership role REQUIRED
- Proven success launching and scaling SaaS or enterprise software products REQUIRED
- Strong experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies REQUIRED
- Experience using analytics tools and making data-driven product decisions REQUIRED
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills REQUIRED
- Strong product leadership and strategic-thinking abilities REQUIRED
- MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Experience with AI or Machine Learning technologies preferred
- Experience with Cloud technologies preferred
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company preferred
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, and product analytics platforms preferred
