About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit qualified architecture, engineering, facilities, and technical operations professionals for available openings
- Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates
- Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Verify applicable technical experience, project background, facilities experience, education, licenses, certifications, and other required qualifications
- Evaluate industry-specific, project-specific, and operational experience when applicable
- Identify compensation, relocation, geographic, scheduling, and availability considerations during candidate discovery
- Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
- Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and consistent follow-up
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting architecture, engineering, facilities, and/or related technical professionals
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills
- Experience independently identifying and engaging passive technical candidates
- Strong candidate discovery, screening, and qualification skills
- Ability to evaluate technical experience, project background, facilities experience, education, licensure, certifications, and position-specific requirements
- Ability to understand specialized technical job requirements and distinguish required qualifications from preferred qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines
- Established sourcing methods and ability to recruit without basic recruiter training
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis
- Must be U.S.-based
