About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transport passengers along designated tour routes
- Operate tour buses, vans, or specialty vehicles
- Assist passengers with boarding
- Provide helpful information about landmarks, attractions, and local points of interest
- Follow scheduled routes
- Maintain accurate trip logs
- Adhere to traffic and safety regulations
- Coordinate with tour guides or deliver commentary when required
- Perform routine vehicle inspections
- Report maintenance needs
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable
- Provide safe driving and strong customer service to create memorable sightseeing experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid Alberta Class 2 license with a Q endorsement or equivalent with less than 3 demerit points
- Ability to comply with both US and Canadian Transport regulations
- Drug and Alcohol pre-employment and random testing
- Fluent and articulate in English, both oral and written
- Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs/32 kgs multiple times
- Ability to squat, bend, and stretch
- Genuine appreciation of Canada and its national parks
- Ability to share enthusiasm with guests
- Eligible to work in Canada
