About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct screening on potential client calls
- Complete all documentation associated with client calls
- Complete all required reports associated with Needs Assessment/Referral Development
- Handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs
- Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
- Provide client-focused behavioral healthcare support within Pyramid Healthcare’s addiction treatment, mental health recovery, and eating disorder treatment services
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor Degree or higher in a Human Service field preferred
- Experience in health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting, preferred
- Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the entire Pyramid system
- Demonstrate conduct in keeping with Pyramid ethical standards
- Working knowledge of emotional/mental health/drug & alcohol issues
- Demonstrates confidentiality, safety, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal relationships and ability to be a team player
- Availability for Monday-Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm schedule
- Ability to handle on-call/off hours admissions, referral and transportation needs
