About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, refine, and deliver enterprise products connecting Redzone with third-party ERP, MES, and OT/IoT systems
  • Own the vision and execution for integrations with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ignition, GE Proficy, Workday, and Kronos
  • Drive day-to-day product strategy, execution, prioritization, and customer engagement
  • Understand customer integration needs and deliver connected workforce products
  • Translate business goals, system requirements, and end-user needs into integration product strategy
  • Define goals, metrics, and analytics to measure integration value
  • Refine integration capabilities based on customer learnings and technical feedback
  • Identify dependencies, obstacles, issues, and value for integration features and API enhancements
  • Collaborate with executives, customers, Coaching, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams
  • Facilitate prioritization and definition of integration capabilities, connectors, and enhancements
  • Support user stories, technical specifications, data mapping, and integration requirements
  • Provide feedback during sprint retrospectives and architecture reviews
  • Support technical integration discussions during peak sales periods
  • Act as the Integration subject matter expert across product development and customer discussions
  • Own the integration roadmap and partner connector suite
  • Align sprint backlog priorities, technical debt, and product execution with Engineering and Product Owners
  • Define capabilities for third-party data exchange, ERP/MES/WMS connectivity, OT/IoT ingestion, and API workflows
  • Engage customers, IT leadership, and coaches to translate connectivity challenges into scalable solutions
  • Support testing, validation, rollout, and early-adopter feedback for integration features
  • Ensure alignment between product direction, customer data outcomes, and manufacturing operational impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Experience with software integrations and API-driven data workflows
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and shop floor workflows
  • Experience delivering enterprise software integrations, APIs or middleware solutions
  • Experience in large enterprise multi-tenant customer environments
  • Exceptional active listening and requirements gathering skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, including delivering technical presentations
  • Self-motivated and proactive mentality
  • Ability to create and follow standard work processes
  • Ability to identify goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and day-to-day prioritization
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Coaching, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
  • Desired: Experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive or other industrial markets
  • Desired: Experience with SaaS for deskless workers
  • Desired: Product ownership or product management with iOS
  • Desired: Experience integrating with enterprise ERP, MES, WMS, or OT/IoT systems
  • Desired: Experience working with frontline manufacturing teams, IT leadership, engineering teams and plant leadership
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
