About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand customer integration needs and deliver enterprise products providing a connected experience
  • Translate business goals, system requirements, and end-user needs into an integration product strategy
  • Define goals, metrics, and analytics to measure the business and operational value of integrations
  • Refine integration capabilities based on customer learnings and technical feedback
  • Evaluate integration features and API enhancements, including dependencies, risks, and value
  • Collaborate with executives, customers, Coaching, Sales, Solutions, and Engineering teams
  • Support annual product strategy and development of new capabilities
  • Prioritize and define integration capabilities, system connectors, and product enhancements
  • Support user stories, technical specifications, data mapping, and integration requirements
  • Provide feedback during sprint retrospectives and architecture reviews
  • Support technical integration discussions during peak sales periods
  • Serve as the integration subject matter expert for product development, customer discussions, and enablement
  • Own day-to-day product management for the integration roadmap and partner connector suite
  • Align sprint backlog priorities, technical debt, and product execution with Engineering and Product Owners
  • Define capabilities for third-party data exchange, ERP/MES/WMS connectivity, OT/IoT data ingestion, and API workflows
  • Engage customers, IT leadership, and coaches to identify plant connectivity challenges
  • Support testing, validation, rollout, and early-adopter feedback for integration features and connectors
  • Ensure alignment between product direction, customer data outcomes, and manufacturing operational impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with software integrations and API-driven data workflows
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and shop floor workflows
  • Exceptional active listening and ability to gather and translate requirements into product solutions
  • Comfortable communicating at all levels, including delivering technical presentations
  • Enthusiastic and resilient in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to identify and address process gaps
  • Ability to create and follow standard work processes
  • Ability to identify goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Ability to balance strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and day-to-day prioritization
  • Strong collaboration skills with Engineering, Coaching, Solutions, and Customer Success teams
  • BA or BS Degree
  • Experience delivering enterprise software integrations, APIs, or middleware solutions
  • Experience in large enterprise multi-tenant customer environments
  • Desired: Experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive or other industrial markets
  • Desired: Experience with SaaS for deskless workers
  • Desired: Product ownership or product management with iOS
  • Desired: Experience integrating with enterprise ERP, MES, WMS, or OT/IoT systems
  • Desired: Experience working directly with frontline manufacturing teams, IT leadership, cross-functional engineering teams, and plant leadership
