About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage recruiting activities across 20–30 active requisitions
- Review resumes, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout the recruiting process
- Support hiring for technical, project-based, field, operational, and corporate functions
- Manage high-volume communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide required information to candidates and interviewers
- Collect and track interviewer feedback and follow up with hiring teams
- Draft and distribute offer letters and benefit summaries
- Initiate background checks and other pre-employment requirements
- Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring data in the applicant tracking system and internal records
- Provide consistent communication and a positive candidate experience through onboarding
- Maintain and organize the job description library with HR and department leaders
- Maintain HR templates, resources, and internal documentation
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and department-wide projects
- Help document and improve HR procedures and identify process automation opportunities
- Provide administrative, research, and project support based on HR team and business priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or broader HR experience
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Experience recruiting across technical, project-based, field, and corporate functions
- Ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job qualifications and role alignment
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruiting best practices, and candidate experience
- Experience managing recruiting pipelines and maintaining accurate information in an applicant tracking system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Ability to learn and work across HRIS, ATS, talent management, and other business systems
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or other tools to improve recruiting and HR workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
