About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a professional office or consulting services environment
  • Experience providing executive-level support
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
  • Knowledge of booking and arranging travel and events
  • Progressive knowledge of administrative tasks required for an engineering firm
  • Skill using MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Skill using Adobe and/or Bluebeam
  • Skill using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative artificial intelligence
  • Accurate completion of assignments with attention to detail
  • Typing with minimal errors
  • Effective oral and written communication of technical and non-technical information
  • Ability to work independently with supervision and as a team member
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment with effective communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a distraction-free workspace
