About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead teams from a subject-matter perspective

Requirements
What you’ll need- 7 years of experience in software testing in a Test Manager role
- Experience leading and coaching project teams
- Experience developing client relationships and supporting sales activities
- Expert knowledge of processes, methodologies, software development, and project management
- Knowledge of the fundamental test process, defect management, and Scrum
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the C-suite
- Confidently manage critical project situations
