About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run multiple on-premises deployments end to end, from technical kickoff to production sign-off
Build and run prerequisite assessments covering Kubernetes distribution, GPU capacity, storage, identity provider, network egress, and certificate authority
Navigate customer security reviews, firewall change requests, PKI processes, and CAB cycles
Create and maintain install guides, prerequisites matrices, and troubleshooting runbooks
Own customer release trains, including version announcements, upgrade campaigns, and migration planning
Run L3 triage, reproduce issues from support bundles, and escalate issues to engineering
Convert field friction into documented requirements, product tickets, or bundle changes
Reduce signature-to-production cycle time across deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience deploying complex software into large enterprise datacentres as a deployment architect, delivery lead, professional services engineer, or technical program manager
Experience coordinating enterprise security reviews, firewall change requests, PKI, and CAB cycles
Ability to read a values.yaml file
Ability to debug a TLS handshake
Understanding of proxies with custom CAs and container behavior
Understanding of OpenShift SCC
Ability to run several technical projects in parallel
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Ability to work with infrastructure architects, security officers, and CISOs
Fluent English and French
