About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure API integrations so data flows reliably between Salesforce, Segment, Braze, Meta, marketing tools, and other systems
  • Build data enrichment flows to provide Sales teams with insights for converting prospects into customers
  • Own website tracking and tagging for Paid Acquisition campaigns
  • Use SQL and Python or JavaScript, with AI tools, to turn messy data into actionable insights
  • Investigate issues, remove recurring blockers, and improve infrastructure
  • Challenge and shape technical choices with Engineering
  • Work alongside Operations, Product, and Engineering within Growth Operations
  • Report to Hugo Peurois, Lead Growth Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable with at least two of SQL, JavaScript or Python
  • Understand APIs and enjoy making different systems work together
  • Studying software engineering, data science or a similar field
  • Uses AI to move faster and critically evaluates its output
  • Able to work and communicate in English every day
  • French is a plus
  • Able to transform raw data into valuable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Enjoys tackling structural issues and making others' jobs easier
  • Curious and keen to learn fast
