Key responsibilities & impact

Build the mobile experience used by 600,000+ European businesses to manage their finances
Own product-critical features from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration
Drive technical decisions within the squad, balancing UX, performance, security, and time-to-market
Improve app architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and test strategy
Contribute to real-time synchronization, resilience patterns, and smooth navigation in a modular codebase
Lead code reviews and technical discussions
Share patterns and mentor peers
Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Frontend teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong native Android experience
Production experience shipping and maintaining features with Kotlin
Comfortable owning technical decisions end-to-end
Experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing
Clean-code and pragmatic engineering standards
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex constraints
Daily use of AI coding tools
Fluent in English
Willingness to contribute through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
Must be living in or willing to relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain
