Build the mobile experience used by 600,000+ European businesses to manage their finances
Own product-critical features from discovery and technical design through implementation, rollout, and iteration
Shape technical solutions with Product, Design, and Backend teams
Clarify tradeoffs across UX, performance, security, and time-to-market
Improve app architecture, performance, reliability, maintainability, and test strategy
Contribute to real-time synchronization, resilience patterns, and smooth navigation
Lead code reviews and technical discussions
Share engineering patterns and mentor peers
Work in focused squads alongside Product, Design, Frontend, and Backend

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Android native experience
Production experience shipping and maintaining features with Kotlin
Comfortable owning technical decisions end-to-end
Experience with unit, UI, and snapshot testing
Clean code and pragmatic engineering standards
Ability to turn complex constraints into simple, robust solutions
Daily use of AI coding tools
Fluent in English
Ability to contribute through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
Willingness to live in or relocate to Germany, France, Italy, Serbia, Portugal, or Spain
