About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and process student applications for UK and ANZ university partners
- Assess applications fairly and in accordance with client admission requirements and institutional policies
- Apply admissions policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements consistently
- Validate academic qualifications, transcripts, English language proficiency results, financial documentation, and other supporting evidence
- Identify inconsistencies and potential risks, escalating where necessary
- Respond to enquiries and guide applicants and agents through the admissions process
- Record assessment outcomes and applicant information accurately across multiple systems
- Maintain complete, reliable, and audit-ready data
- Participate in quality assurance activities and implement feedback from QA reviews
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Communicate professionally with clients and comply with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation
- Process applications in a timely manner, meet agreed KPIs, and record daily tasks and volumes accurately
- Work across multiple clients, systems, and processes while maintaining consistent service delivery and compliance standards
- Perform other duties within the purpose and scope of the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional attention to detail and consistently accurate, high-quality work
- Experience in international university admissions (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of international qualifications for entry into UK or Australian universities
- Ability to present documents clearly and professionally
- Understanding of quality assurance, compliance, and data accuracy in an admissions environment
- Highly organized, able to prioritize competing tasks, and meet service level agreements and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and spoken English communication
- Commitment to achieving team goals
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with student management systems such as E-Vision, StudyLink, or other commonly used university platforms
