About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver accurate global demand forecasts across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons using Logility
Own forecasting methodologies, system parameters, and master data
Partner with sales, marketing, and key account teams to translate customer insights and market trends into demand plans
Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders aligned with the Head of Supply Chain’s recommendations
Support S&OP demand reviews through insight-led analysis and scenario modelling
Monitor forecast performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate with the Global Supply Planner to align demand with supply and inventory execution
Act as the in-house Logility expert and support system optimisation and capability uplift
Translate complex data into clear commercial and operational insights
Identify risks and opportunities in demand and market trends and recommend actions
Coach best practices and drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and behaviours

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong expertise in forecasting methodologies and demand planning processes
Proven experience in demand planning or related roles within retail, consumer goods, or wholesale
Extensive experience across multi-region, multi-channel environments (e-commerce & wholesale)
High-level analytical capability
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional decision-making and influence senior leaders
Sound judgment to adjust demand assumptions when data is inconsistent
Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting implementation
Collaborative, proactive working style, with ability to partner with leadership while operating autonomously
Proficiency with planning systems; Logility preferred
Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite
Tertiary qualifications in business, supply chain, logistics, commerce, or a related field (preferred)
Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP or IBF CPF/ACPF are highly advantageous
