About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the application, customization, and training aspects of Xpeditor Claims Management implementations
Implement Quadax software products including Xpeditor, Eligibility, Denial Management Workflow, Decision Intelligence, ICV Medicare and Medicaid, Axis, Host Interface Module for Epic, and DDE Link
Work with hospital billing department managers and billers to identify differences between Quadax claims processing software and the hospital’s current EDI system
Conduct parallel testing to identify customization needed to bring new clients into production/live status
Write, test, and document custom data converts and edits
Work with EDI Client Setup, EDI Edits and Documentation, and EDI Transmissions to set up new payers in new territories
Provide training to small- and large-sized client groups
Travel onsite to clients multiple times to complete implementations
Collaborate with managers, billers, and internal EDI teams while maintaining relationships with multiple clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be located in OH, PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, WI, NE, SD, SC, or NC
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Experience with WorkPlace and Concur
Knowledge of ANSI 5010 837P/837I/835
Programming experience
Ability to write, test, and document custom data converts and edits
Ability to learn proprietary software and systems quickly and train clients on their use
Detail oriented and able to multitask
Ability to maintain professional relationships with multiple clients
Sufficient public speaking abilities
Willingness and ability to travel onsite to clients multiple times for implementation
Ability to travel 25%-35% by air and automobile
