About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete paid pre-licensing training for a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Support customers by phone and email with new policy quotes and billing inquiries
- Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates
- Navigate underwriting questions and explain insurance protection to clients
- Ensure transactions comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards
- Transition from trainee to licensed P&C insurance professional
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service background
- Call center experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
- Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule
- Ability to take the state exam in the greater Houston, Texas area
- Wired internet service installed directly into the home: cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband
- Direct Ethernet connection from the Qualfon computer to the home router or modem
- No wireless-only internet, cellular/mobile hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, or boosters
- Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire
- Must pass the state exam to enter the licensed phase
