Requirements

What you’ll need

Background in customer service
Call center experience is a plus
Ability to pass a background check
Commitment to the full 8-week training schedule
Ability to take the state exam in the greater Sunrise area
Wired internet service installed directly into the home (cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband)
Qualfon computer must connect directly to the home router or modem via Ethernet cable
Wi-Fi, wireless-only internet, hotspots, fixed wireless, satellite internet, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, and boosters are not allowed
Proof of internet service provider and service required upon hire
