About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-impact client engagements delivering patient experience consulting, diagnostic assessments, and execution roadmaps
Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative healthcare data into executive-level presentations and recommendations
Train and facilitate workshops for client providers, staff, and leadership teams
Identify client needs and partner internally to deliver solutions that drive practice revenue growth
Build, test, and deploy new consulting tools, technologies, and frameworks
Deliver high-quality outputs while managing utilization to meet performance targets
Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, boards, and clinical teams
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, tools, and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience
Deep familiarity with healthcare market trends
Expertise using patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies to drive organizational change
Experience implementing improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement, Quality, or Performance domains
Management or strategic consulting experience strongly preferred
Consulting business development exposure
Executive-level presentation and workshop facilitation experience
Qualitative and quantitative analytical methods
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to travel up to 75%
