About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the strategic relationship manager for clients, retaining existing client revenue through C-suite relationships
  • Analyze client needs and market trends to identify growth and expansion opportunities
  • Land new strategic healthcare provider accounts and expand existing accounts
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored sales proposals
  • Negotiate sales agreement terms while navigating healthcare procurement, legal, and security requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Client Success, Implementation, and Advisory teams
  • Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Qualtrics’ product portfolio and competitor offerings
  • Participate in required training sessions, workshops, and webinars
  • Maintain current sales activity and client interaction records in Salesforce
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence to structure and close complex deals
  • Build client plans supporting client objectives and financial growth targets
  • Forecast accurately, build a sustainable 4x pipeline, and deliver quota for new and expansion business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of enterprise closing sales experience
  • Full-cycle enterprise sales experience
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/MEDDPICC sales methodologies
  • CRM hygiene and Salesforce experience
  • SaaS solutions experience highly preferred
  • Understanding of opportunities and challenges in the healthcare provider space
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated organizational qualities
  • Results-driven with working knowledge of strategic planning, strategy execution, and business development
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
