Lead complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, timeline execution, and impactful outcomes
Manage client engagement scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
Build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders, health system boards, and clinical teams
Identify client needs, craft strategic proposals, grow pipelines, and expand account revenue
Transform healthcare data and analytics into executive briefings, strategic roadmaps, and actionable recommendations
Lead executive sessions, clinical training, and leadership workshops
Create, test, and deploy enhanced consulting tools and technologies
Maintain personal and engagement utilization standards and rigorous quality benchmarks
Mentor team members and collaborate with Strategic Consulting leaders, Associate Principals, Principals, and Partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience
Deep understanding of healthcare market trends and delivery models
Proven track record managing end-to-end consulting engagements, including scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes
Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with business development, client relationship expansion, or proposal development in a consulting environment
Deep domain expertise in patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies
Experience leading improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement, Quality, or Performance domains
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to travel up to 75%
