About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, manage, and develop the Northeast Post Sales Team of Cybersecurity Technical Account Managers
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages
  • Develop and execute cybersecurity sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers within enterprise customer organizations
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations to grow revenue
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years relevant experience in cybersecurity sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales with enterprise-sized accounts; Northeast US-based account experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be comfortable interacting at all levels within customer organizations, from C-level to front-line technical staff
  • Able to travel throughout the U.S. Northeast territory
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
