About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee planning, execution, and successful end-to-end delivery of implementation projects for clients
Take full ownership of Quantexa project delivery, including risk and issue mitigation, quality and best-practice standards, costs, timelines, and scope
Drive project outcomes that maximize value for clients
Manage commercial and financial aspects of projects
Work with clients to agree professional-services contracts using Time and Materials and Fixed Price constructs
Coach and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality client deliverables
Work autonomously with minimal supervision and engage the wider Quantexa organization when needed
Devise strategies to manage client and Quantexa leadership stakeholders
Collaborate with engineers, analysts, data scientists, architects, delivery partners, and project-management professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accomplished project management professional with strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering complex projects with excellent outcomes
Expert knowledge of project methodologies and approaches such as Agile, including scaling them to multiple teams and functions
Broad stakeholder management experience in a consultancy/professional services or client-side environment
Experience delivering large and complex data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle
Understanding of technical aspects impacting project outcomes and ability to devise mitigation strategies
Strong appreciation of project business purpose and drivers
Experience operating in complex multi-team environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong technical communication skills and experience working in rapidly changing client environments
Understanding of high-quality, operationally stable systems and development, release, and operations processes
Self-starter with determination, initiative and tenacity
Must be eligible to obtain government security clearance
Must be able to speak German at a professional or fluent level
Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the role
